Airport Transfers - A Cancellation Fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged on all reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.   Weddings, Proms, Sporting Events, Nights on the Town, and all other special event hourly service - A Cancellation Fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged on all reservations cancelled with less than two weeks notice.  For reservations with less than 24 hours notice on those services a 100% cancellation fee will be charged because we can not re-book at that late date.

By placing a reservation with Avante Limousine and Transportation you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions and authorize Avante Limousine and Transportation to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation.  These charges include, but are not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a no-show (defined below).  Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, when the cancellation period is reached (30 minutes past scheduled pick up time).

Privacy / Non-Disclosure Policy
Avante Limousine & Transportation hereby acknowledges that we will collect, store, and process information pertaining to your company on computer servers and/or paper files located in the United States.  This information may contain, but not be limited to:  addresses; phone numbers; officer and/or employee contact names; and credit card numbers with their corresponding expiration dates and security codes.  We use the information we collect about your company in order 1) to provide our services, 2) to process your transactions, and 3) to provide customer service.  Avante Limousine & Transportation gives access to information about your company only to those employees who require it to fulfill the three customer service requests listed.  Under no circumstances will Avante Limousine & Transportation divulge this information to third parties without your signed authorization.

Hourly Rates
Airport transfers are figured at a flat rate.  Other services are charged at an hourly rate from garage to garage as follows:
Luxury Sedan $55 / hour with a two hour minimum
SUV Navigator $70 / hour with a two hour minimum

Business Class Van $75 / hour with a three hour minimum

100" Stretch $80 / hour with a three hour minimum

Executive Coach $90 / hour with a three hour minimum

Gratuity
Please note that 20% will automatically be added to your base rate plus any additional wait time fees for chauffeur gratuity.  Gratuity will not be calculated on tolls or parking.  The full 20% will go to the chauffeur.  Any cash given to the chauffeur would be considered a gratuity above and beyond the 20% charged on your reservation.
