Cancellation Policy Airport Transfers - A Cancellation Fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged on all reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Weddings, Proms, Sporting Events, Nights on the Town, and all other special event hourly service - A Cancellation Fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged on all reservations cancelled with less than two weeks notice. For reservations with less than 24 hours notice on those services a 100% cancellation fee will be charged because we can not re-book at that late date. Terms and Conditions Disclaimer Business Class Van $75 / hour with a three hour minimum 100" Stretch $80 / hour with a three hour minimum Executive Coach $90 / hour with a three hour minimum Holidays - $35 Gate Meet - Parking Fees As Incurred Additional Stop Fees - $20 (see explanation below) Midnight - 2:00 am & 4:00-6:00 am - $10; 2:00-4:00 am - $25 The holiday and early morning fees will go directly to your chauffeur as additional compensation for their effort in rearranging their personal schedule. Deposits 50% Non-Refundable Deposits are required for all hourly as directed services: weddings; nights out; sporting events; proms; etc. Hourly rates and minimums apply. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the reservation. Deposits on cancellations can be applied to future reservations. Airport service does not require a deposit, however, reservations will be secured with a credit card. Airport Arrival Waiting Time and other Pick-Up Wating Time Avante provides up to 30 minutes of free wait time on each airport arrival for you to deplane and obtain your luggage. If you do not meet your chauffeur or call us within 30 minutes of your plane landing we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be charged in full for the reservation. If client calls within allotted time frame to notify chauffeur that client will be delayed inside the terminal, charges beyond the 30 minutes will be billed in 1/4 hour increments. For all other pick-up locations (home, hotel, business, school, etc.) Avante provides up to 15 minutes of free wait time. Time beyond the 15 minutes will be billed in 1/4 hour increments of the vehicle's hourly rate. Stop Fees Stop fees are incurred on airport transfers or flat rate point to point transfers. Airport and other flat rate transfers are priced based on the distance and time estimated for travel and stops along the way deviate from this schedule and affect other reservations. No-Shows On all reservations (airport and other) you will be considered a no-show at 30 minutes past your scheduled pick-up time. If you have not met your chauffeur or contacted us by phone you will be charged in full for the total cost of the reservation. Lost / Damaged Items Avante Limousine and Transportation, and its affiliates, are not responsible for items that are left in vehicles, lost, or damaged. Avante reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found. The rate will be billed as hourly to your location plus 20% chauffeur gratuity. Unforeseen Circumstances Avante Limousine and Transportation, and its affiliates, are not responsible for situations that are beyond our control. Included, but not limited to, are: traffic congestion; road closures; accidents; weather delays; and flight delays. Please note that inclement weather transportation will be billed at the hourly rate. Handling of Luggage Your chauffeur will assist in loading and unloading of your luggage and belongings. However, due to airport regulations, your chauffeur is not allowed to move the luggage any further than the curb. Vehicle Damage / Cleaning The person paying for the reservation is responsible for all damages and/or cleaning charges incurred by the passenger and/or party of the passenger. These damages include but are not limited to: vomit/sickness ($300 cleaning fee); alcohol spillage ($250 cleaning fee); broken glassware ($50 replacement fee); burns ($500 replacement / repair fee); upholstery tears ($500-$1000 replacement / repair fee); and/or opening of car door into another vehicle or object ($1500-$2000 repair fee). Termination of Reservation (Right to Refuse) Avante Limousine and Transportation reserves the right to terminate any reservation, without refund, if the chauffeur or the Avante dispatcher on duty feels that the passenger and/or party of the passenger is putting the chauffeur, the vehicle, or themselves and/or member of their party at risk. Also, if the passenger and/or party of the passenger are in possession of any illegal material and/or substance, this service will be canceled without refund. Avante further reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion. Rate Changes Avante Limousine and Transportation reserves the right to change rates at any time without notice.
